Transit Planning:

Our goal is to assist local municipal transit services, large and small, provide cost-efficient and effective bus transit service for their constituents. To attain this goal, we provide recommendations to the public transit agencies to design and operate their services with clear and defined principles, as well as a process to monitor the results achieved and to respond accordingly. This requires service design standards, an effective performance measurement system, and a systematic and continuous service evaluation methodology. We can provide a blueprint by which a public transit agency could approach transit service planning. We also provide services in preparing tailor-made Request for Proposals for contact-operated transit services for fix route and dial-a-ride services.
